Soaps and Candles

If the soap/candle ordered is damaged or defected let us know within 3 days of the product being delivered

We do require proof for damaged/defective items as we cover shipping costs for these

If you don't like the scent of the soap/candle you ordered let us know within 3 days of the product being delivered and we'll set up an exchange for the product

Shipping costs are the resposibility of the buyer

Misfit soaps are not considered defective, but may be exchanged for a misfit of another scent if the ordered scent is not satisfactory if stocks are available
