Returns are limited to defective or damaged products only

Soaps

If the soap ordered is damaged or defective let us know within 3 days of the product being delivered

We do require proof for damaged/defective items as we cover shipping costs for these

If you don't like the scent of the soap you ordered, let us know within 3 days of receipt and we'll be happy to set up an exchange. The product MUST be UNUSED

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective

Misfit soaps are not considered defective, but may be exchanged for a misfit of another scent if stocks allow
-
Custom ordered soaps are NOT eligible for echanges but may be eligible for returns if they are defective
